RED Brokerage, LLC is a full service commercial real estate company specializing in retail and office tenant representation and project leasing.
Formed in 2002, RED Brokerage, LLC was created by Dan Lowe and Mike Helmuth, two veteran real estate professionals in Kansas City. Their idea was to create a brokerage firm that specialized in working with local, regional and national office and retail tenants and owners of commercial properties. They wanted to bring together a group of dedicated, experienced and highly skilled professionals that were responsive to the needs of their clients and knowledgeable about the market.
In contrast to most full service real estate companies, RED features real estate brokerage, development, asset management and financial advisory/consulting services, all under one roof. RED's properties vary in complexity from single tenant net lease buildings to large mixed-use developments. Having these critical disciplines together with respected and knowledgeable principals in-house, results in a much more efficient use of time and precious resources, maximizes the value to our customers and most importantly, the timely achievement of our client’s goals.
